Update 3/11/23 Back with another update. I have renegotiated with the hotel for a lower attendee quota. For those of you who have submitted your payments so far, thank you – because of you I will accept and move on with this new contract and the REUNION IS ON! It is no longer in jeopardy of a cancellation. There are some compromises and tweaks but it is a miracle that we will be able to still hold the reunion at the same place, time, date. It will be a smaller banquet room and the twist is that, unlike the large banquet room, there will be a cut off of how many the room will accommodate. But no worries, we have plenty of open spaces as of today. I have already received a few more names just this week. Hotel Accommodations:
No room block is available for this holiday weekend. You may contact the hotel directly but you may want to try others in the area. All are pricey. There is a Homeward Suites next door; LaQuinta, Hilton Garden Inn and others nearby. Google for more as some are selling out already. (You will need to make hotel accommodations directly)
